Job Overview
We are hiring a Chef Acquisition & Engagement Specialist to lead our recruitment and engagement of home chefs through social media and online communities. You’ll manage outreach, content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking—all aimed at onboarding chefs to our platform weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Chef Outreach (Primary Focus):
- Reach out to 200+ local chefs per week on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and food forums.
- Craft personalized messages promoting CribNosh’s chef benefits.
- Maintain a pipeline of interested chefs and manage communication.
- Provide accurate, prompt responses to all inquiries.
- Content Creation & Engagement:
- Create 10–15 chef-targeted content pieces weekly (tips, testimonials, onboarding benefits).
- Post and engage in relevant chef communities and forums.
- Respond to DMs and comments to build interest and trust.
- Community Engagement & Campaigns:
- Support and execute chef recruitment campaigns (bonuses, Q&As, challenges).
- Identify and collaborate with local culinary micro-influencers.
- Performance Tracking:
- Track daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Analyze what’s working and iterate outreach strategies.
- Maintain records of all outreach and engagement activity.
Who We’re Looking For
- Goal-driven with a strong track record of hitting outreach targets.
- Excellent communicator, especially in online and DM-based conversations.
- Organized and proactive, with solid follow-up habits.
- Understands home chefs and small food business culture.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to refine tactics using data.
Requirements
- Experience in digital outreach, lead generation, or community engagement.
- Strong writing and content creation skills for persuasive communication.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook groups, and LinkedIn outreach.
- CRM or outreach tracking experience is a plus.
- Must be self-motivated and capable of handling high outreach volume daily.
