Job Title: BUSINESS OFFICER & BUSINESS EXECUTIVE

Location: Lagos (with opportunities to be deployed to your nearest location)

Job Type: Full-time, Immediate Employment

1. BUSINESS OFFICER

Qualification: Minimum of SSCE

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven and goal-oriented

Ability to work independently and in a team

Previous sales/real estate experience is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

Promote and market company properties to potential clients

Manage client relationships and follow up on leads

Support the achievement of sales targets

2. BUSINESS EXECUTIVE

Qualification: Minimum of OND/HND/BSC in any discipline

Requirements:

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Proven ability to achieve sales targets

Proactive, self-motivated, and business-oriented

Real estate experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Drive sales and meet set targets

Build and maintain client portfolios
