Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ibadan, for a Business Executive at Adron Homes. The Business Executive will be responsible for managing client portfolios, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth transactions. The role involves frequent client meetings and property site visits to provide personalized customer service.

• Client Relationship Management and Interpersonal skills
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Strong Negotiation and Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in real estate or property development is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
