About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, creative, and well-organized Business Marketer & Front Desk Officer to drive patient engagement, enhance our brand visibility, and ensure an excellent client experience at our dental clinic. This role combines strategic marketing with front desk operations, making it ideal for someone who is both results-driven and people-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to boost patient inquiries and service conversions (online and offline).
- Create high-quality video content showcasing dental services, patient testimonials, and oral health education.
- Drive community engagement through local promotions, events, and partnerships.
- Visit companies, schools, and organizations to secure corporate retainerships and partnerships.
- Organize school and corporate dental awareness campaigns and outreaches.
- Grow social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube through engaging and trend-based content.
- Research industry and marketing trends using platforms like Facebook Ads Library and TikTok to keep content relevant and competitive.
- Edit videos using CapCut and design marketing materials using Canva to maintain brand identity.
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Welcome patients warmly and maintain a professional reception environment.
- Schedule appointments, manage WhatsApp and online bookings.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on visits, procedures, and payments.
- Ensure excellent communication and timely responses to patient inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, front desk operations, or a creative/media role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience in community marketing, brand awareness, and social media growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Skilled in video editing (CapCut) and graphic design (Canva).
- Self-driven, persuasive, and able to work independently.
