We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development & Sales Executive
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Aims and Objectives


  • Identify, research and evaluate customer needs and potential clients
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Develop mutually beneficial proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Track and report on the status of proposal components
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients on services offered
  • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
  • Conduct ongoing market research
  • Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Manage social media accounts of SISL to drive content and sales.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and a passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Degree in Engineering Preferred.

Remuneration

  • Start up on N100,000.00 monthly gross
  • 3.5% commission on the profit of every closed deal
  • To be reviewed after six months, based on performance.
