Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos Island, for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing and implementing strategies for business growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing sales data, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications

• Skills in market research, sales data analysis, and business proposal preparation, generate the revenue.
• Experience in client relationship management and contract negotiation
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement growth strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
