Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, strategic planning, and business development strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate revenue and improve profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company objectives. Track, measure, and report on sales performance and business development activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in tech space).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
