Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Festac Town, Lagos State, Nigeria. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to meet business growth objectives. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing competitors, managing sales processes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery. The role also involves preparing and presenting business proposals and reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proven track record of achieving business growth objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the ICT industry is a plus
