We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales or business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals and expand the company’s customer base.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new market and partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts and deliver customer value.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and generate leads.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline of opportunities and close deals.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Industry-specific knowledge is a plus (e.g., SaaS, healthcare, finance, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network in the target industry or market.
- Experience with contract negotiation and proposal development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for growth and innovation.
