Job Vacancy: Business Development Manager
Locations: Abeokuta, Sagamu, Ilaro
Basic Salary: ₦150,000
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM•
Saturday: Remote
Work Requirements:•
-HND, BSc, B.Ed, or Master’s degree•
-Minimum 5 years microfinance experience•
-At least 2 years in a related field•
-Strong leadership, analytical, and business development skills
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead planning, development, and execution of business development & marketing strategies
-Drive decision-making, strategy, market penetration, customer acquisition & retention
-Oversee lending, credit administration, and financial product alignment
-Analyze metrics & data from campaigns, providing solutions & recommendations
-Build & structure business development processes (sales channels, follow-up, etc.)
-Leverage relationships in brand & agency banking to expand business scope
-Enhance partnerships via PR, influencer marketing, referrals, content, and events
