Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and articulate Business Development Executive who can confidently represent the brand, connect with high-value clients, and drive sales in a competitive market. The ideal candidate must be well-presented, persuasive, and committed to achieving results through a client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- * Represent the company professionally at client meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
- * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- * Build strong relationships with clients, especially high-net-worth individuals and corporate decision-makers.
- * Deliver product presentations and close deals with confidence and clarity.
- * Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our diverse product offerings.
- * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our stone/quartz inventory and industry trends.
- * Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support to maintain client satisfaction.
- * Collaborate with the internal team on order processing, project execution, and client feedback.
- * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Candidate Requirements:
- * OND, HND, or BSc in any relevant field.
- * Must be well-groomed, confident, and articulate.
- * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to speak well and engage professionally.
- * Skilled in persuasion and negotiation; able to confidently close deals.
- * Willing to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
- * Committed, reliable, and well-mannered in client and team interactions.
- * Highly motivated by success and determined to earn.
- * Able to connect and build trust with high-class and corporate clients.
- * Prior experience in sales or client relations is an added advantage.
- * Familiarity with the construction, interior design, or architectural sectors is a plus.
