Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identifying New Business Opportunities: Proactively researching and analyzing market trends to discover new areas for growth, potential clients, and partnerships that align with the company's objectives.
- Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships: Developing strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication, excellent service, and consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Developing and Implementing Strategies to Achieve Sales Targets: Creating comprehensive sales plans, setting achievable targets, and executing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Regularly monitoring progress and adjusting approaches as needed to attain desired outcomes.
- Bringing Business to the Company: Actively seeking out and engaging prospective clients, presenting company offerings effectively, and closing deals to increase revenue streams and market presence.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies and identify new avenues for growth.
- Collaborating with Internal Teams: Working closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer needs.
- Reporting and Documentation: Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Professional Experience: At least 4 years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within a comparable industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data, customer needs, and industry trends to inform sales strategies.
- Leadership and Initiative: Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively pursue opportunities, and motivate others when necessary.
- Technological Proficiency: Adequate knowledge of CRM software, the MS Office suite, and other relevant tools to streamline sales processes.
- Results-Driven Attitude : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to business
