We are looking to hire a
bookkeeper to carry out the day to day financial tasks of the company. The preferred candidate should have very good accounting skills and a keen eye for detail. Job responsibilities

• Managing supplier accounts.
• Create and send invoices.
• Management and analysis of employee expenses.
• Preparation of payment runs.
• Manage project budgets.
• Credit control.
• Bank reconciliations and supplier statements.
• Process payroll in a timely manner.
• Prepare tax reports and,
Any other specific duties assigned for bookkeeping.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience.
• 3 years minimum working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Excellent accounting skills.
• Very good organizational skills/ability to multitask.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Ability to use Sage accounting software is a plus.
Experience within the construction industry is a plus
