Role Overview
We are seeking a professional Banking Agent to oversee and manage the bank’s daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, risk management, and service excellence. This role requires strong leadership, operational insight, and customer-focused service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Operations Management: Manage daily branch operations, transaction processing, back-office activities, and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management frameworks.
- Customer Experience: Oversee customer service operations, resolve escalations, and drive a culture of customer-centric service.
- Leadership & Team Management: Supervise and mentor branch staff, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Technology & Innovation: Leverage technology and digital tools to enhance service efficiency, streamline operations, and improve customer engagement.
- Strategic Alignment: Align branch operations with business strategies and organizational growth goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields .
- He must have been in operation since 2010 or below in banking operations, customer service, or financial services management.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management practices.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in banking software, digital platforms, and MS Office tools.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ACIB, ACCA, CIBN ) are an added advantage.
