We are looking for entrepreneurial and “hands on” candidates ready to be part of a startup office.The Architectural Design Lead will participate in the conceptualisation and design of multiple projects from concept to construction.A minimum of 2 years experience in an architectural office, post-graduation is required.
Candidates should be highly motivated and enthusiastic and detail oriented with excellent communication and organisational skills.Good spoken and written English is essential. Candidates should have good CAD, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modelling skills. Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Sketchup are essential. Knowledge of Rhino and Grasshopper are a plus.Studio Contra Mundum is an newly established architectural, interior and industrial design studio based in Lagos, Nigeria. The practice is committed to the delivery of innovative, sensitive and thoughtfully-detailed architecture for clients with an equal enthusiasm for design. Projects span from the small to the medium scale, creating places to live, work, participate and learn.The practice is driven by conceptual thinking, cultural relevance and the value of craftsmanship. Our
designs are rooted in their context and locality and we employ diverse methods, both digital and
analogue, to test and communicate ideas including material prototyping, physical modelling, digital
