A Design-Build company in Lagos, Nigeria is in need of competent and reliable young professionals with a background in Architecture to join her design and project teams. There are currently two openings, and the firm is in search of Architects who will specialize in design proposals and technical designs/ project execution respectively. Below are a brief summary of both roles and their basic requirements.
3D/ Interior Designer He/she will focus on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production. Interested candidates must be proficient in SketchUp and possess good rendering skills. Project Architect He/she will be responsible for developing, managing, and recording technical aspects of projects and work closely with other designers, project supervisors/ managers. Interested candidates must be proficient in the use of Revit Architecture. This role will involve supervision of construction/ renovation projects, and as such, some experience in project/ construction management will also be required. Both positions: – Minimum qualification: BSc/HND in Architecture
– Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
– Willingness to learn and grow with the rest of the team
