Pazino Engineering & Construction Company Limited is a real estate development company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We specialize in developing private and public residential structures, focusing on the Ibeju-Lekki area. Currently, we are developing nine residential estate schemes, offering various plots of land for sale with flexible payment options to ease the burden on buyers. Our projects aim to provide quality living spaces in prime locations with several schemes available.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in VI, Oniru (Lagos). The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, integrating various software tools for project management and design, and overseeing the architectural aspects of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks will include creating detailed building plans, coordinating with other project team members, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture
- Experience in Software Development and Integration
- Strong Project Management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field Proficiency in CAD and other architectural design software
