We are seeking for a creative, skilled and experienced architect to design unique buildings and well-organized structures, handle projects from the initial client briefing through to the final stages of construction, manage client relationships, develop and present design proposals, prepare detailed drawings, specifications, budgets, and construction documents, and manage project teams.
Experienced in building information modeling (BIM) and ability to take ownership of projects, be it the design and construction of a new building, an extension, alterations, or a restoration project, and deliver on the client’s requirements.
Experience: Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant post NYSC professional experience.
Requirements:
- M.Sc., M.E. D, M.Tech., B.Sc., or HND in Architecture.
- Registration with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in BIM design and detailing.
- Strong skills in Revit, Procore, AutoCAD, Sketch up, 3d Max and Naviswork
- Proven experience in construction supervision, building coordination, material specification, and contract administration.
- Expertise in project reporting and management.
- Strong analytical, critical, and strategic thinking abilities.
- High-level innovative design and technical skills.
Location/Proximity:
- Must be flexible to work off station.
