Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect based in Lagos. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures. Day-to-day tasks will include creating architectural designs, coordinating with construction teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that structures meet safety and aesthetic standards. The Architect will also be involved in integrating software tools into the design process and collaborating with other professionals in related fields.
Qualifications
- ARCON & NIA registration is a MUST
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Architecture
- Minimum of 6 years work experience in similar position.
- Conversant with the use of AutoCAD
- Architecture, Architectural Design skills
- Project Management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations Professional degree in Architecture or a related field
