Administrative Duties*:
Manage the MD’s schedule, appointments, and meetings. Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately.
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations. Draft, format, and print letters, reports, and minutes.
File and retrieve corporate records, record and book keeping and reports.
Construction & Project Support*: Assist with the preparation of project bids and proposals. Maintain project documentation (drawings, BOQs, contracts). Track project timelines and provide reminders for key milestones. Communicate with site supervisors for updates and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications: OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration or related field. 1–3 years experience in a similar role (construction or technical industry preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good written and verbal communication. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Discretion and confidentiality.Preferred Traits: Ability to work independently and under pressure.
