We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Admin/Store Officer to manage store inventory and support administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock movements, updating store records, and ensuring adherence to company procedures. This role also involves supporting the management team with routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record all stock movements (inflow and outflow) in the store.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and filing systems.
- Support administrative functions such as filing, documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure proper stock arrangement, labelling, and cleanliness of the store.
- Work with management to enforce adherence to company policies and report any exceptions or irregularities.
- Assist in periodic stock counts and audits as required. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be computer literate
- Experienced in the Admin function is a plus (though not a must) and will be highly considered.
- The Admin/store officer shall have the overall responsibility for the monitoring of store movements and updating store records accordingly
- Work with management to ensure adherence to company policies and report exceptions where appropriate as part of daily operations..
