CollectionsPro is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Secretary to serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and the base of our business operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth business operations by handling sales data entry, credit collection, inventory replenishment, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced wholesale environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for all walk-in customers, providing assistance and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Sales Data Entry: Accurately record sales transactions for fashion items, ensuring proper documentation and inventory updates.
- Credit Collection: Track outstanding payments from credit customers, follow up on due balances and ensure timely collection.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, credit collections, and inventory status.
- Replenishment & Reshelving: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and organize products to maintain a well-presented store environment.
- Administrative Support: Assist with documentation, record-keeping, and other clerical tasks as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative, retail, or customer service role.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Experience with accounts payables and receivables.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle credit collection professionally and tactfully.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other inventory/sales tracking software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive and customer-friendly attitude.
