About the Role
Women of Faith Fellowship International (WOFFI) Port Harcourt is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support the smooth running of church operations. The role requires someone responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain church records, files, and documentation
- Provide administrative support for Women of Faith Fellowship activities
- Handle follow-up calls/messages with members where necessary
- Supervise cleaning staff and ensure church premises remain tidy
- Oversee small-scale procurement of supplies as directed
- Run bank-related errands and other assigned tasks
- Assist with general office duties and errands for the church leadership
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in administration, clerical duties, or office support is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
Compensation
