- The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily office operations.
- The role involves handling correspondence, maintaining records, overseeing office supplies, and coordinating administrative processes to improve efficiency within the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure administrative efficiency.
- Prepare, organise, and maintain documents, records, and reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records and assisting in recruitment processes.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement to avoid shortages.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and petty cash management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
