Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, cleaning, and restocking.
- Keep accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Generate reports, receipts, and clerical support documents.
- Ensure proper use of company equipment and resources.
- Support supervisory admin in daily tasks and reporting. Ensure office management and organization.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and record management.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Docs.
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Prior administrative or inventory experience is an advantage.
