Job Position: Accountant

Summary
- The Accountant will manage financial records, reconcile transactions, handle pricing adjustments, and oversee banking and dispute resolutions.
- The accountant should be detail-oriented, analytical, and efficient in a fast-paced gifting brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep proper sales and expense records,withdaily reconciliation.
- Monitor financial transactions,fix discrepancies, and handle payment disputes.
- Comply with tax laws, audits, and financial reporting.
- Prepare financial reports,such as profit and loss statements and cash flow analysis.
- Manage cash flow, bankin goperations, and POS chargebacks.
- Control product pricing, discounts, and profitability initiatives.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with teams to streamline financial processes and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting, financial management, or bookkeeping.
- Financial reporting and record-keeping
- Budgeting and cash flow management
- Tax compliance and audit preparation
- POS and banking transaction handling
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Experience in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Previous experience in handling reconciliations, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- Background in managing company budgets and product pricing is an advantage.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
