Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording all income and expenditure, handling of petty cash, and all miscellaneous expenses
- Assist in keeping records of company assets, routine balance of ledgers, indexing, and filing of work records (such as timesheets, reports, and movement logs) for accounting purposes.
- Attending to staff and contractors on issues relating to internal accounting processes (including bills, petty cash follow-ups and payments, LPOs, personnel insurance, and tax programs, etc.)
- Assist in preparing the bank reconciliation monthly and ensure proper documentation
- Implementation of all the Company’s financial policies and procedures
- Development of payment, costing, and other financial procedures;
- Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Reports
- Comply with and promote the company's occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality policies and objectives.
- Study operations and procurement activities to determine accounting needs and recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to financial problems
- Management of tax and insurance activities (including pension and insurance)
- Identify and manage accounting process-related risks and opportunities Other financial and accounting duties as assigned by the Managing Director
Requirements:
- BSc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- At least 1 year of experience is required
