Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Lagos. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying client needs, creating custom strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions and services. The Account Executive will also be responsible for market research and regular reporting on account activities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship management
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition and retention
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the tech or digital solutions industry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
