Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily accounting tasks, supporting financial operations, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Handle bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Support the finance team in budget preparation and expense tracking
• Assist with audits, reconciliations, and other accounting duties
Perform any other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
• Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
