The Accounts Assistant will provide day-to-day support to the Accountant in managing sales, petty cash, and inventory documentation across SmileVille Ortho Dental Ltd and Modern Orthodontic Dental Lab. The role involves accurate data entry, document organization, and transaction support to ensure seamless accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Daily & Weekly Duties:
Enter daily sales data into Excel from Zohobooks exports.
Maintain petty cash expense records with accurate receipt tracking.
Entering of sales invoices for MODL.
Prepare weekly achievement report for the account department.
Support inventory management by counting newly received goods when received and during month ends.
Assist in preparing weekly data summaries for the Accountant’s reports.
Update customer payment records for credit sales.
Following up on debt payment.
Going to tax office to collect tax receipts.
Reconcile petty cash bank statement.
Preparing of sales monthly Incentive with the help of account supervision.
Administrative & Support:
Maintain clean and orderly accounting files (physical and digital).
Follow up on invoice copies and documentation from team.
Assist with basic reconciliations (POS entries, Zohobooks balances).

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
