Key Responsibilities
Film and produce video content for social media, YouTube, podcast, vlog, masterclasses, webinars, events, and marketing campaigns
Set up and operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, tripods, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots
Use smartphones (iPhone/Android) to capture agile, behind-the-scenes, and on-the-go content
Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos for multiple platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Add motion graphics, subtitles, branding elements, and music to enhance storytelling
Collaborate with the marketing and content team to bring creative ideas to life
Organize and archive video content for future reuse
Attend live events and workshops (local and out-of-state) to capture testimonial and documentary-style footage
Qualifications:2+ years experience in videography and video editing (portfolio required)
Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or Davinci Resolve)
Skilled with both professional cameras and mobile videography
Knowledge of studio and natural lighting, framing, and audio setup
Familiarity with video formats for different platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, TikTok)
Ability to work under pressure and deliver edited content within tight timelines
Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail
Bonus: Basic photography and drone operation skills
Preferred Attributes:A strong portfolio or reel showcasing different styles of content (event coverage, interviews, testimonials, reels)
A creative eye for angles, pacing, and emotion-driven editing
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organization
Must be able to travel occasionally for shoots or events within and outside Nigeria. Must have a valid passport.
