*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a *creative and experienced Video Producer/Editor* to join our dynamic team in *Abuja*. You will be responsible for producing, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for Policy TV. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who knows how to use video and imagery to craft compelling narratives, especially within the socio-political and policy landscape.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Develop and execute video content ideas from concept to final edit.

• Collaborate with producers, journalists, and content teams to plan and storyboard videos.

• Shoot interviews, events, and documentaries both on location and in-studio.

• Edit raw footage into polished pieces, ensuring high production quality.

• Select and integrate appropriate graphics, music, b-roll, and stock footage where needed.

• Ensure all video content aligns with Policy TV’s editorial voice and brand.

• Manage file storage, backups, and versioning.

• Stay updated on trends in video storytelling and digital media.
  

*Requirements:*

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in video production and editing.

* Must reside in *Abuja* and be available for in-person shoots.

• Strong portfolio of previous video work, preferably in news, documentary, or digital storytelling.

* Proficient in video editing software such as *Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve*.

• Skilled in using visuals and sound to tell powerful, engaging stories.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with camera operation, lighting, and sound recording is a plus.
