Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Veterinary Medicine Professional with strong expertise in the care of both small animals (dogs, cats, etc.) and food animals (goats, sheep, poultry, cattle, etc.). The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience, sound clinical judgment, and excellent client communication skills, ensuring every animal receives exceptional, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic services for small and large animals.
• Perform physical examinations, laboratory tests, surgical procedures, and vaccinations.
• Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and health disorders in both pets and livestock.
• Advise clients on nutrition, breeding, management, and disease prevention.
• Keep accurate medical and treatment records.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) or equivalent.
• Registered with the Veterinary Council of Nigeria (VCN).
• Proven track record with both companion animals and livestock.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
