Our services include tour packages, visa processing assistance, travel planning, accommodations, airport transfers, international money transfers, ticketing, VIP concierge & charter services.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Assistant. The Travel Assistant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing customer service, and assisting with business travel. The role is located in Lekki, but it allows for flexibility to work remotely on two week days.
Summary
1. Comprehensive Travel Organisation: Organize end-to-end travel arrangements, including booking tickets, accommodations, and transportation.
2. Information Dissemination: Provide travellers with comprehensive and relevant information about destinations, schedules, and travel packages.
3. Promote sales & profit goals: Promote travel packages using effective sales techniques and prepare promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
- Experience in Business Travel
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field of study Experience with GDS and/or knowledge of airline regulations and procedures is a plus
