Job Summary:

The Training Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to new and existing security operatives. The role ensures all personnel are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and attitude required to perform their duties effectively in line with Halogen Security’s standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and field training sessions on security procedures, patrol techniques, access control, emergency response, customer service, and other core areas.
• Facilitate onboarding training for new recruits and refresher courses for existing personnel.
• Evaluate trainees' performance and provide feedback to improve competence.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and aligned with current security trends and company policies.
• Support the development of customized training modules for specific client needs.
Maintain accurate training records and reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of B.Sc./HND or equivalent; military or paramilitary background is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a trainer or security supervisor.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of security operations, protocols, and risk assessment.
Certification in training or security-related courses is an added advantage.
