**Job Overview**:
As a Thumbnail Designer, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our videos by creating visually appealing and click-worthy thumbnails that resonate with our target audience. You’ll work closely with the animation and content team to ensure that every thumbnail effectively represents the essence of the video while adhering to the branding of the channel.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design engaging and visually compelling thumbnails for animated YouTube videos.
- Work closely with the animation team to understand the theme and key elements of each video.
- Research and analyze the latest trends in YouTube thumbnail design to stay competitive.
- Use a mix of illustration, typography, and animation stills to create high-impact thumbnails.
- Ensure consistency with the channel’s branding and overall visual style.
- Optimize thumbnail designs for different devices, ensuring they are clear and eye-catching on mobile, desktop, and tablet views.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to test and evaluate different designs to maximize click-through rates (CTR).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in graphic design, especially in creating YouTube thumbnails.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and eye-catching thumbnail designs (experience with animation-related content is a plus).
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, specifically click-through rates and how thumbnails impact video performance.
- A keen eye for detail, color, composition, and typography.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Knowledge of current trends in animation and pop culture is a plus.
