1️⃣ Call Representative
Salary: ₦80,000/month
Core Functions of a Call Representative:
1. Handling Inbound Calls

• ️Answer customer inquiries about products or services.
• ️Provide troubleshooting assistance for technical or service-related issues.
• ️Handle complaints, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• ️Provide billing, order status, or delivery information.

2. Making Outbound Calls

• ️Follow up with customers for feedback, surveys, or support resolutions.
• ️Conduct promotional calls or sales campaigns.
• ️Confirm appointments or order details.
• ️Conduct debt collection or payment reminders, if required.

✅ Location Advantage:
Applicants must reside around Festac, Amuwo Odofin, or Ago Palace. Nearness to the office is very important.
