Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technology & Platform Integration Engineer to join our team. This role is a perfect fit for a hands-on Innovation Engineer who is also an API & Platform Specialist.

You will be a key player in bridging the gap between our business needs and our technology solutions by building robust integrations, internal tools, and proofs-of-concept (POCs).

You'll work closely with both our core development team and external tech vendors to design and implement innovative solutions that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

(1) API & Platform Integration:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations with external tech vendors and third-party platforms.
• Create and manage APIs to enable seamless data exchange between different systems.
Build internal tools to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

(2) UI/UX & Prototyping:

• Design product technology flows and user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Develop prototypes for new features and applications to test concepts and gather feedback.
Implement front-end developments for internal tools and POCs, focusing on usability and aesthetics.

(3)Innovation & Proofs-of-Concept (POCs):

• Develop proofs-of-concept (POCs) for new products and services to test technical feasibility and business viability.
• Build middleware processing cores and other core components to support new features and platforms.
Collaborate with the innovation and product teams to translate new ideas into tangible technical solutions.

(4) Technical Design & Collaboration:

• Work closely with Sochitel’s core development team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features.
Document all technical designs, processes, and integrations thoroughly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, Integration Engineer, or a similar role.
• Strong experience with API development and management, including RESTful APIs and other web services.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Python, JavaScript, or similar and cloud-based architecture.
• Experience in designing and building middleware, internal tools, and system integrations.
• A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find technical solutions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
