Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced technical trainer and graphic designer. He/she will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating all technical training programs within the organization while also managing and overseeing the creation of high-quality graphic design content.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and develop sellable trainings within a university environment.
- Implement and evaluate all technical programs.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality graphic designs and content to promote the service offerings of the CBT.
- Develop and implement comprehensive technical training strategies, especially for the NYSC SAED program, as well as higher institution students.
- Manage training schedule and records.
- Collaborate with institutions, private schools, and departmental heads to identify skill gaps and future training requirements. Be conversant and up-to-date with knowledge on industry trends, tools, and standards in skill acquisition.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience BSc. Degree in any field of study
This dual role ensures the company maintains both technical excellence and a consistent visual identity in communications, training materials, and marketing content.
