- Job Title: Technical Recruiter Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various roles such as software engineering, product management, DevOps, data science, and more. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, refine job descriptions, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source and attract candidates using a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and candidate motivations. Manage the full recruitment cycle: scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, making offers, and facilitating onboarding. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and source effectiveness. Stay updated on emerging hiring trends and best practices in tech recruitment. Requirements: Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, either in-house or at an agency. Solid understanding of technical roles, technologies, and the software development lifecycle. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable). Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for startups or fast-growing tech companies. Technical background or experience in software/IT is a strong plus. Familiarity with diversity hiring strategies and inclusive recruitment practices.
