Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Technical Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling specifications, estimation, tender submissions, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review technical specifications, estimates, and tender documents
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and installation
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (2:1 min)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in waterproofing or construction
- Proven track record of successful project management and delivery
- Excellent technical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
