Oshinowo Studio is an internationally recognized architecture firm dedicated to delivering innovative, sustainable, and functional spaces. We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect to join our team and play a key role in executing exceptional architectural projects.
Job Title: Technical Architect Company : Oshinowo Studio Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 4 Years Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed technical drawings and 3D models using Revit and other relevant software.
• Coordinate and manage the integration of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with design teams to produce schematic designs and translate concepts into practical technical solutions.
• Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project designs, quality standards, and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections, addressing technical challenges promptly and efficiently.
• Work closely with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly.
Ensure all designs and construction activities comply with building regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Masters degree in Architecture.
• 4 years of professional experience, including site experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential, with additional skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite as an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of schematic design processes, construction techniques, materials, and industry codes.
• Proven ability to coordinate drawings across disciplines.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently.
