Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect businesses in target markets that require software development services
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from outreach to contract signing.
- Conduct virtual meetings and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop tailored proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Track leads, opportunities, and deals using CRM tools.
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven success in B2B tech or software sales.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of software development services and related terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships in Europe and North America.
Nice-to-Have:
- Existing network of potential clients in target regions.
- Experience selling to startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with consultative or solution-based sales approaches.
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., French, German, Spanish) to expand reach.
