DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of digital lending product and platform managers.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
Product Strategy and Development:
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy in alignment with the Bank’s goals.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Prioritize product features and development efforts based on business impact, customer needs and market trends.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Enterprise Data Management, M&CC, IT, Legal, Sales Force, customer experience etc.
- Manages product plans, progress, and results with stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage the process of gathering and analyzing feedback from customers, partners, and stakeholders to inform product decisions.

Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed product decisions and measure product performance.
Innovation and Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product development efficiency and effectiveness.
- Encourage a culture of innovation within the team, promoting new ideas and approaches.
Others
- Manage and support existing business relationships while sourcing additional business prospects.
- Build and maintain business value on the Digital Lending platforms
- Grow business product portfolio through partnerships across verticals
- Actively guide the efforts of the sales force
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services within the boundaries of approved budget
- Ensure effective training and knowledge management across the branch touchpoints on workplace banking products
- Undertake proposition & product pitch and organize periodic employee engagement sessions in approved Workplace Banking schemes/employers
- Responsible and accountable for risk management of his/her business & portfolio.
- Work with the SBUs to identify new markets that present opportunities for Business.
Education
- Minimum Education: First Degree.
- Post graduate qualification in Business Administration and related certifications in Digital Product Management, Business & Data Analytics would be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum experience – 5 years of general banking experience
