Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tailor to join our RTW fashion brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, altering, repairing, and finishing garments to meet production standards and maintain the brand’s quality and fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sew and assemble garments according to provided patterns and design specifications.
- Handle fabric cutting, joining, hemming, and finishing for RTW pieces.
- Perform alterations and adjustments as needed for fit perfection.
- Maintain high sewing quality and consistent finishing across all pieces.
- Collaborate with the design/production team to ensure garments meet quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and care for sewing tools and machines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tailor in a fashion or garment production setting (preferably RTW).
- Excellent sewing and finishing skills (machine and hand sewing).
- Good understanding of garment construction, pattern interpretation, and fabrics.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under production deadlines.

Pay: ₦60,000.00 - ₦80,000.00 per month
