Responsibilities:

• Implement structured cabling, conduit installations, and device mounting
• Support in the installation of IP surveillance, access control, and fire alarm systems
• Participate in basic network/device configuration, testing and support tasks
• Understand/interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Use test tools (with minimal supervision) to verify installation quality and performance
• Document installations and support as-built documentation production.
Provide first-line support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance

Requirements:

• Education: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, or related disciplines.
• Experience: 0-2 years in a related role.

Certifications:

• Training/Certification (highly desirable): CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+
• Project management training is an advantage.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of electrical or ELV systems
  
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and other network protocols.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless systems will be an advantage.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
  
• Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies & tools will be an advantage.
  
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Projects/SQL Server, basic AutoCAD
