Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- You will be expected to have Software Competence.
- Involved in Survey Systems Preparation
- Perform Equipment Maintenance and Administration.
- You will comply with the Company's HSE regulations and policy.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the team lead.
- Install and configure technical software packages. Be proficient in installing computer systems.
- Set up and maintain directory structures. Perform fault finding of computer software.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in computer equipment.
- Use test and measurement equipment.
- Prepare equipment for transit, e.g., transit strapping.
- Mobilize on/offline systems (navigational antennas, geophysical positioning).
- Operate online systems.
- Assist in the installation, operation, and maintenance of survey equipment and systems on rigs, barges, third-party and company vessels (s) to comply with clients' and manufacturers’ specifications.
- Complete fault reports and other company documentation.
- Document and label faulty equipment or components. Complete maintenance logs according to procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be OSP Certified
- Must have the required health certifications, Bosiet, etc.
