Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Teacher to join our school team. The successful candidate will assist lead teachers in delivering lessons, supporting students’ individual learning needs, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
- Observe and monitor students’ progress, reporting findings to the lead teacher.
- Support classroom management to maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment.
- Assist in preparing teaching materials, learning aids, and classroom resources.
- Foster patience, empathy, and encouragement in interactions with students.
- Adapt to the needs of different learners and provide appropriate support.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents when required. Uphold school policies and contribute to students’ academic and social development.
Requirements:
- 3 years and above
- Preferred Residence: Surulere and environs
- Academic Qualification: NCE
- Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) Certificate will be an added advantage.
- Skill, Abilities, and Knowledge: Effective communication, patience, empathy, observational skills, creativity, emotional resilience, adaptability, etc.
