- We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sports Manager to lead and develop our school's sports programs.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sports facilities, teams, and programs, promoting physical education, and fostering a culture of excellence in sports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage school sports teams and programs.
- Oversee sports facilities and equipment.
- Develop and implement sports strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with coaches and teachers to promote physical education.
- Organize sports events and competitions.
- Foster partnerships with sports organizations and communities.
- Regularly organize sports competitions (intra-school and inter-school).
- Identify exceptional students for international competitions.
- Prepare the football team for international competitions
Requirements
- Degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field.
- Relevant experience in sports management or coaching.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work with students, staff, and external partners
