Job Overview:
Our client, a reputable Medical Spa in Lekki Phase 1, is seeking an experienced and organized Spa Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the team in delivering high-quality wellness and aesthetic services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa operations, staff coordination, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day spa operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of spa staff including therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
- Ensure excellent client service and satisfaction at all times.
- Monitor appointment bookings, staff schedules, and service delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional spa environment.
- Handle client feedback, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Train and motivate staff to uphold service standards.
- Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock of spa supplies and products.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report to management with updates on spa performance and staff needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or management role in a spa, salon, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in spa management software is an added advantage.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, manage a team, and work under pressure.
